CCP UK is a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving the lives of individuals affected by cardiovascular conditions and their families. The organisation has three main objectives:


(1)  To relieve the needs of cardiovascular patients, their carers, and family members by bringing together support groups, sharing good practices, and streamlining care pathways;


(2) To advance the public’s education about cardiovascular conditions and the problems experienced by patients and their families; and


(3) To represent patients within the healthcare system to assist in implementing change for the benefit of cardiovascular patients.


With a focus on community, education, and advocacy, CCP UK is working towards a brighter future for those affected by cardiovascular disease.
